What is the role of the Management and Leadership Team (MLT)?
The role of MLT is to make sure community planning in Shetland is effective and efficient. They act as a programme board for delivery of the plan. They also confirm the strategic direction of the partnership. As a group MLT meet regularly through the year.
To facilitate Community Planning, MLT help to ensure that the Shetland Partnership focuses on the ‘Principles of Effective Community Planning’ set out in guidance:
