Anchor Early Action
What resources were needed for the Project to succeed?
Each partner within the Shetland Partnership is committed to providing resources to contribute to an improvement in outcomes, as laid out in Shetland's Partnership Plan.
At the start of Anchor Early Action the Project required:
• Funding
• Staff/Time
• Data/Research
These three resources were all secured by 2018; in particular an investment from the Communities Fund, of just under £350,000, from 2018 to 2023. A dedicated team was established to support its delivery. Project delivery was agile, adapting to learning and changing opportunities. This was particularly important during the pandemic.
