Lynn Tulloch, Executive Officer
Lynn believes the partnership can best serve the community by listening to lived experience and working collectively together for good outcomes. It supports a shared vision for the people of Shetland, where all partners are working towards a common goal: “Shetland should be a place where everyone is able to thrive; living well in strong, resilient communities; and where people and communities are able to help plan and deliver solutions to future challenges”.
In 3 years’ time, Lynn hopes the partnership will have successfully managed to implement good collaborative working, ensuring people get the right help and support they need, when they need it. It is important to have a joined up approach when supporting those in our community in order to achieve positive outcomes.
