Annual Report 2022-23 Published
Our Annual Report for 2022-23 is now published.
The Annual Report provides an overview of what we have achieved this year, an update on long-term outcome measures and information about community involvement in community planning. The purpose of the report is to share information with communities and partner agencies. The aim is to help everyone understand what we have been up to as a Community Planning Partnership in 2022/23.
