Right Information, Right Time
What resources were needed to allow the Project to succeed?
Each partner within the Shetland Partnership was committed to providing resources to contribute to an improvement in outcomes, as laid out in Shetland’s Partnership Plan.
For a Project of this nature to succeed the following resources were required:
- Funding
- Staff/Time
- Data/Research
Partners committed Staff/Time to the Project.
There was an identified need to understand what front line staff and the community would like to see.
Funding was not secured, however a sharing of resources with the Anchor Early Action Project has enabled some activity to be completed in support of the Project.
