Our Shared Vision
“Shetland is a place where everyone is able to thrive; living well in strong, resilient communities; and where people and communities are able to help, plan and deliver solutions to future challenges”
What are we doing?
Working together to improve the lives of everyone in Shetland, we have a number of partnership programmes and projects to help us achieve our vision. Here, you can read about our projects, their progress and their impact on communities.
How are we doing?
There is a huge amount of data and information that has helped to shape Shetland's Partnership Plan.
Referred to as our indicators of change, this information helps us to understand what life is like for people in Shetland. It also helps us to know if we are making a difference to people’s lives. We can use this understanding to make sure our efforts are focused on the areas most important to our communities.
